Fever thermometer instead of cigarettes

The first - it is all O.K. and I'm ready. But it was a long way and a long time. I think the start was in Botswana - the night at February 27th to the 28th. In the morning I was wet on my body. I sweated all along the night. I said - this is malaria and started with Cotexin the emergency of malaria. This tablets I bought in Kenya. In Francistown I got a malaria check - negative, only a cold and I finished my malaria emergency. And so I took tablets against a cold. Took a brake and rest in Gaborone and I thought all things are O.K.. But in Windhoek the cold came back one week later. All the same symptoms as before and so I took the same tablets and also tablets against the tropical malaria. I was O.K. after 9 days. The same as in the first time and I went to the North - to the Etosha Park, Kaoko- and Himbaland. At the first evening on the Epupafalls I had a bad suspicion and after the night it was true - it is going in the next stage of cold. Of cold? This was the question, the only one. I done my Himbatour and the last time of the day rest and brake. I gave me all trouble came back on my legs. But then I went back to Opuwo. In Opuwo is a hospital and I would like speak a doctor. But I must wait about 2 1/2 hours and nobody ask me, what is the reason of my visit. My trust was zero in this place and went to Sesfontein. The next day I visited there the clinic and the nurse said, this is probable malaria. She gave my some medicine. The rest of the day I got a brake and went by car in the direction to Swakopmund at the next day. 550 km. I got a little surprise at the gate to the Skeletoncoast - the watchman said, I had forgot my passport in Sesfontein. But I must arrive Swakopmund today and the passport will be wait of this time, when I'm ready again. In Henties Bay I found a hospital, but it was closed, 1 hour before. My power was low and I could speak only with my last strength. And then also all in English. German was difficult enough. On the gate to the Skeletoncoast I must wrote my name. It wasn't possible and nobody could read my letters of alphabet and my name. Sitting in the car I was O.K. but when I must go - terrible. So I arrived 6 o'clock Swakopmund and I had luck I found at once a private hospital. I was checked and the result was malaria in a late phase. I got a bed and 15 min. past 7 I had a drip, I poor devil. The nurses of the hospital and naturally the doctor got back me in the next 24 hours. I was in the near on the border to the next world, but without passport I couldn't cross this border (smile). Saturday I got a single room. And my feeling said with every hour I will be better. I could also speak better again. And Sunday I found the first push-buttons on my notebook again. But only one finger and in a long time. Monday I could go and stood in a little, but nice holyday apartment. Medicine I had enough und at Wednesday I got the last check. I was clean of this little and malicious beasts. Now I must went back in the North, to get back my passport. But, it go me good.
